We provide Technical and Business Assistance (TABA) for small businesses and researchers engaged in SBIR projects through TABA funding.  

For product-based companies, our main goal is to help you move your product idea in the right direction and avoid pitfalls in either design or manufacturing processes.  We can assist in concept development, design strategies for manufacturing and assembly, supply chain development, manufacturing process, etc.

In running your business there are many moving parts and developing high level strategies of overall operations to detailed plans take a lot of your time.  We can help in overall operations strategy to specifics such as manufacturing planning, go to market strategies, financial and accounting methods, and more.

When launching a new venture, entering a new market, or development of new product, there are a lot of distraction with planning.  We can assist you in development of a commercialization plan, market research, business plan development, and even pitch coaching and development.
